Subject: Thank You DowColumbia!
Reed,
Your approach and your speed to our flood
disaster starting on Friday afternoon was
nothing short of Fantastic! I can't thank
you enough for your help mitigating the
cost and down-time for the clinic.
After about 5 minutes with you I knew I
was in good hands, but from there things
just got better and better.
Nate did an absolutely fantastic job. He
handled things very professionally and competently
with all the departments within OHSU, including
infection control, and the risk management
people, as well as with the Clinic Manager
and staff involved. I was there about 5
or 6 times over the weekend and I got a
feeling for his rapport with the crew as
well. He is equally comfortable with the
OHSU people from the hill and with the people
gutting it out on the job over a holiday
weekend. All of your people had smiles on
their faces, and the attitude that the job
needed to get done, and done right, and
it was truly a pleasure to watch them work.
I tried "unsuccessfully" to pull
up some of that carpet myself, and quickly
figured out that among workers, there are
White Collar, Blue Collar, and then there
is another level... when you really need
a hard worker, there are the Red Collars
of Dow Columbia! Awesome Team! Please pass
on my gratitude to all of them!
If Dow columbia didn't exist, our loss
would have been three times as large as
it will be now. Thank you for building this
business, thank you for coming to our rescue
in our time of need, and thank you for doing
it so graciously, so professionally, and
so competently!
